Flaviu has worked in the General Insurance industry since 2002, over which time he has gained extensive experience in the areas of Commercial and Retail Insurance, including 19 years with Allianz Insurance. He has a passion for helping to develop talent and building long-term relationship with clients and insurers and enjoys being able to find solutions to enable businesses to thrive knowing their assets are protected.

Flaviu has completed his Diploma in General Insurance and is a Certified Insurance Professional and Senior Associate of ANZIIF. He also serves on the Board of Baptist Insurance Services and Baptist Mutual as a Non-Executive Director.

David provides a fresh and innovative perspective to the issues and challenges faced by his clients, and, with a focus on managing solutions and fostering open communication, he has helped clients consistently achieve the best possible claims outcome for their business.

With 20 years experience in the General Insurance industry servicing Commercial and Corporate clients, Craig’s aim is to assist business owners with sound advice, risk assessment, placement of their insurance program as well as claims handling to ensure peace of mind and business continuity.

Today, she manages her portfolio of Retail clients providing them with strategic insurance advice.

Fundamentally motivated by client needs, Sandy’s high standards and focused energy helps to ensure her clients’ needs are effortlessly and methodically managed.

Her broad range of skills and attention to detail coupled with the capacity to think and act quickly adds to her ability to provide clients with responsive, complete and decisive advice.

Michelle has completed her ANZIIF (Assoc) and is a Certified Insurance Professional.

Justine has worked in a variety of roles over her 33+ year Insurance Broking career. She began her career back in 1990 as an Office Clerk at Metropolitan Insurance Brokers, then quickly progressing to a Broker Assistant and Account Manager with OAMPS and Elders Insurance Brokers respectively. Justine joins us from her most recent role working as a Broker Assistant at a well-respected Commercial and Corporate broker, with her knowledge of both Retail and Commercial Lines being invaluable as we continue to build and transform Ginn & Penny.

Justine has an enthusiastic and friendly personality, as well as a clear focus on looking after clients and providing them with highest level of service.

He has become a seasoned veteran with almost three years of experience. Viet is known for his friendly and responsive customer service.

Outside of work Viet enjoys spending time with his family and playing soccer with his friends.

Viet has successfully completed his ANZIIF Certificate IV in General Insurance as part of his Traineeship and is a Certified Insurance Professional.

Possessing a keen knowledge of underwriting, policy & claims management, Chris adopts both a technical and strategic approach. His unfailing commitment to provide workable and practical insurance solutions to SMEs has seen him play a vital part in his clients’ business.
